Alright, Winter. We get it. You’re PRing all over the place. Each day is colder than the last. Enough is enough. No one likes a showoff.
While you’re out there busting records and freezing rivers, I’ll be inside staying nice and warm and sweaty with this 10 Minute Total Body Burn Workout.
Burn Winter off – that’s what I’m doing. Get it so hot in hurrrr that all that snow and ice melts outside and it’s SPRING! Maybe if we all sweat enough, Winter will get the picture. Who’s with me?!
Side Rant: You know what else sucks about winter? I have to do all my runs inside at the gym. I don’t mind a treadmill run every now and then, but you know what I do mind? Gym farts! Just because there’s a lot of machine noise happening, doesn’t mean you can let one loose at the gym! Especially when I’m trying to run speed intervals. I can’t hold my breath during speed intervals! If you’re having some gastrointestinal issues, hop off you machine, head to the locker room, and let ‘er rip in the bathroom stall. Especially if you know you’re about to let go of a super stinky linger-er. Also, don’t eat cheese before a workout. I think it was cheese…

oh my, I am SO OVER winter. I want a beach! At least 40 or 45degree weather and sun, will do! And this workout looks so good, girl. Can’t wait to try it!

HAHA I LOVE the Buzz and Woody with that quote!! That’s SO how I feel. 🙂 And thanks for posting this workout- I love getting new workout ideas because I tend to get stuck in the same old same old (you know, my comfort zone 🙂 ). And gym farts omg- I HATE when someone is on a machine near me and does that and runs away real quick. I have had people come up, do it, and leave. Seriously?!

I am so ready to be done with winter. I managed to stay relatively healthy until this week but I finally caught a real B of a cold. I blame winter.
Thanks for the reminder that I’m not just missing my workouts, I’m missing “the stinky old guy”. There’s this older man who lifts in biker boots and smells like a combo of BO and a dirty ashtray. Sometimes I’m pretty sure there’s been something other than tobacco in said ashtray. I usually lift at a different time than him but he can seriously stink up the whole weight room.

It’s been Spring at my house for a month already. We played tennis yesterday. Sorry that so many of my friends are having such a brutal and snowy Winter! Looks like a great workout!

I’m dying for outdoor activities. I’m going to try to leap over ice patches and run outside this weekend since it’ll be a warm high 20. haha.
All I have to say is: Where. Is. Spring? It needs to get here NOW! But in the meantime, this quick workout is great for days when I just don’t want to leave the house!

So over the winter and the snow days and school delays!!! Being locked in the house with them is so hard and exhausting!! I love them dearly, but they need to get energy out and with the cold that makes it hard!!

I’ve been doing more circuit style workouts recently so I’ll definitely be trying this! But really, is it spring yet? At least it’s almost March which makes me feel like spring is close.

Gym farts are the worst. I never notice them in the treadmill area, but I caught a mouthful once (ewhhh) during a spin class. It was horrible. I guess it’s better than a Bikram class.

I could use a total body burn! I am over the frigid temps of winter but I do love the snow. Playing in the snow is something that I always love.
