Oh, the treadmill. The poor guy gets a bad rap. He gets called “the dreadmil”l. No one really loves him. It’s a shame really. Dude just wants to give you a lower impact workout, help you simulate hills when you live in a flat area, and help control your speed when you’re looking for a steady pace or looking to push yourself.
