After two consecutive days of workouts (hopefully three after this morning), I think it’s safe to say I’m back in the workout game. Boom, baby!
I went for a nice slow run yesterday morning and decided to test out Spotify’s new running feature. Basically, you pick the type of music you want to listen to and start going. It determines your pace and plays songs based on that speed. Spotify did a great job! I really liked every song that came on, so much so that I’ve picked out some of my faves and put together a fun playlist for you all: The 30 Minute Upbeat Run Playlist – coming at cha!
