We’re already 4 days into March? When did that happen? On a more important note, when is the snow stopping? Bah!
Anywhooo, February was a great month – and if you participated in the Love Your Butt Challenge, it was filled with squats! Body squats, jump squats, weighted squats, single leg squats. You name it, we did it!
I plan on continuing to love my butt through March, so I thought I’d share some of my favorite ways to mix up the typical squat – something that only my fellow Love Your Butt-ers have been privy to thus far: 5 Ways to Drop It Like A Squat.
Some tips as you get your squat on:
- Keep you chest up.
- Don’t let your knees turn in toward each other.
- You don’t have to stop at 90 degrees if your ankle mobility allows you to go deeper into the squat.
- Keep your quads, booty, and core engaged.
- Have fun!
