This is going to be a short post, but I just couldn’t wait to share.
I finally got up into a full headstand!! I’ve been working toward it for about a little over a month now and I did it!
I went up against the wall for piece of mind, and I did lean against it at first. BUT I was able to come off and balance for a few solid seconds. I still have to work toward being able to do a headstand sans wall and get my body in a straight line, but this was a huge milestone for me. I just had to share!
