It’s Fit & Fashionable Friday, friends! Yippee! Hooray for summer weekends!
I talk a lot about running on this here blog, especially this week with National Running Day, but there’s an essential component to running that doesn’t involved running at all. I’m talking about cross training.
Doing other forms of exercise is essential for any runner. It helps work and build other muscles to keep you strong and help prevent injury. The big question therefor: what’s a girl to wear to cross training workouts?
How about this awesome outfit from PUMA?
PUMA sent me all of these awesome pieces to try and I love every one. Check out how they look on:
The top is made with PUMA’s dryCELL technology, which draws sweat away from the skin to keep you dry. I love that it has a scoop back, so I can rock a fun sports bra. It’s super lightweight and makes me feel pretty while I’m grunting and lifting weights.
The capris are also incredibly lightweight, which I love! They’re made with the same dryCELL technology as the top, have a thick band that’s comfortable around the tummy and have a good-sized waistband pocket to hold your keys and things while you workout.
And then there’s the shoes. I’m usually a color-a-holic, but I love the grey scheme of these babies.
PUMA must be all about weightlessness, because, like the top and capris, they’re also very light yet supportive – perfect for all my favorite HIIT workouts.
Like any runaholic, I have my perfect running shoe, so it just makes sense to have the perfect cross training shoe, too right? A girl can never have too many shoes!
