As for me, I spent the past week cruising to Bermuda to celebrate 5 years with my incredible boyfriend! It was such a wonderful (and much needed) vacation, and I’m definitely not ready to get back to reality – I still feel the boat swaying under my feet!
I thought it could be a fun change of pace to share bits and pieces of my vacation with you all this week. Some things will be health and fitness related, and ALL will be happiness related. Happiness is key to leading a healthy lifestyle, so in the spirit of smiles, I’ll get you all in the vacation mood.
We spent the whole week on an awesome cruise ship: the Norwegian Breakaway. The ship is brand new, absolutely beautiful, and so much fun! Check it out:
