From waffles to oatmeal to decadent smoothies, start your day off right with one of these delicious gluten free breakfasts.
I used to skip breakfast. I simply didn’t care for it, but over time I realized a delicious meal filled with nutrients is simply the best way to start the day. There’s so much variety when it comes to breakfast, too. Sometimes I’m all about the eggs. Other days I’m feeling oatmeal. Sometimes a smoothie goes a long way. No matter what I’m feeling, all my breakfasts have a few things in common: they’re healthy, filling and always gluten free. With the New Year around the corner and healthy living on everyone’s mind, I figured I’d share some of my favorite delicious gluten free breakfasts!

Yes to breakfast! Even if it’s just a granola bar on the tun (literally!), I never skip breakfast. And for me, it has to be food that is chewed LOL Smoothies just don’t seem like a “meal” to me.

So many delicious options! I love all the oats and smoothie bowls with all the toppings!
Smoothie bowls with all the toppings are my fave!
I too used to either skip breakfast, or eat very little. I often have trouble stomaching lots of solid food in the morning, but drinking a shake for breakfast has made a world of difference for me.
