You can learn how to be a better runner, lift weights like a pro, take control of your eating, sleep better, be more mindful, learn how to cook healthier, with access to top trainers and experts. There will be access to a whole community of support, and you’ll walk away after the course with guaranteed results. A few examples of the classes available include:

I hope you will. They have some really cool classes!
This sounds like an excellent program I am going to read up on it some more. Great information also. My goals are to run more, eat healthier, read my bible and pray more and spend more time focusing on my family and things that are really important.
