With Father’s Day around the corner, I thought I’d put a fun little spin on this week’s Wild Workout Wednesday post.
Rather than a workout you can do in the gym or your living room, grab good ‘ol Dad and bring him to the baseball field. Warm up with a nice game of catch. Tell him how much you love and appreciate him, and then throw this Father’s Day Baseball Workout his way. There’s no better way to bond than over a little sweat, right?
So run those bases with Dad. There’s a good chance he’ll disown you and never want to workout with you again. Buuuuut they’re also a good chance you’ll have a blast staying healthy together!
