Fitness and health magazines offer up a bunch of great workout moves and routines. If you’re like me, when you see one that looks fun, effective, challenging, or all of the above, you tear it out. But then what do you do with it? Stash it in a draw with other scraps of paper to be long forgotten? Yea… me, too.
At one point, I actually had a bulletin board in my room where I pinned up all the workouts I tore out of magazines or printed off Pinterest, but then I moved and all said workouts got stashed into my random-piles-of-paper drawer.
Finally, I’d had enough. I was tired of having to dig through a mess of papers to find the upper body workout I wanted to do that day, so I came up with a plan!
Introducing my Fit Book!
I went out to Staples, shelled out a whopping dollar fifty on this old-school composition notebook, and spent a few hours cutting and pasting all my workouts into one organized place.
The book is divided into sections by workout type. There is a section for abs, upper body, lower body, and full body, so when I want a good ab workout, for instance, I flip to the ab section and voila: pages and pages of ab burning workouts I can choose from.
How do you keep your workouts organized? Any good ones I can add to my book?
