Hello Friday! You’re looking mighty fine! I mean, of course you are because it’s Fit & Fashionable Friday Link Up time – the last one of the year, in fact!
Let’s chat about something that tends to happen quite a bit during the week – not having enough time. Say you slept in a bit later than planned, you have an early meeting at work, a train to catch or dinner date to get to. We’ve all been there – that place where for some reason or another, you’re short on time and have to choose between working out or showering and getting on with the rest of your day. Needless to say, showering and making yourself presentable usually wins.
Well, my fit & fashionable friends, I’m hear to tell you that doesn’t have to be the case. Just follow this guide for How To Go From Fit To Fashionable in 30 Minutes, and you’ll be able to fit it all in!
This post is sponsored by ShowerPill.
Step 1: Workout (minutes 0-16)
A quick, do-anywhere Tabata workout like this one will get you sweating and scorching those calories quickly. Badabing, badaboom, workout complete.
Step 2: Clean up (minutes 16-18)
Rather than taking a long shower, clean up quickly with ShowerPill antibacterial wipes. One wipe cleans your entire body in a jiffy and leaves skin feeling clean, fresh and moisturized.
These babies are a serious time saver when your in a crunch or will even save you space in your gym bag if you have to go from the gym to an event and don’t want to schlep a huge bag around. Ditch the towel and body wash for a simple wipe! They’d also make a great stocking stuffer for all those fit people in your life (keep reading for a discount!). A few more details on ShowerPill:
- Extra thick like a washcloth
- Kills 99.99% of germs
- Aloe Vera & Vitamin E
- Quick dry solution with no sticky residue
- Lightly fresh scent
- Hypoallergenic & gentle on sensitive skin
- Paraben & alcohol free
Step 3: Get dressed (minutes 18-23)
If you pick out your outfit the night before, this will go nice and smooth. Just put it all on. Shouldn’t take more than five minutes even if you change your mind!
Step 4: Get dolled up (minutes 23-29)
Now you have 6 minutes to do your hair and makeup. Keep it simple, and this should be more than enough time. I suggest keeping your hair in a braid while your working out, so you can just shake it out, mist in some spray or dry shampoo, and voila: hair is did. Keep makeup to the basics: foundation, a touch of bronzer, blush, and mascara. Dabble on some lipstick if you choose. Gorgeous, darling.
Step 5: Get to goin’ (minutes 29-30)
Grab your bag and head out the door! 30 minutes and we’re done!
Easy, peasy right? The ShowerPill wipes are pretty great. Now if I’m running late, I can do a quick Tabata workout or even go for a run and still have time to get ready. They’d even be perfect for a mid-day workout (runch, anyone?). If your stuck for good stocking stuffers for those fit friends of yours, these are pretty great. Get 20% off when you purchase 2 boxes of ShowerPill using code “holiday20” (that’s one to put in your fit friend’s stocking and one for you!).

Absolutely! I went to a new yoga studio before work once and they didn’t have a shower there! I had to use a sink to do a “splash & clean.” Definitely keeping this on hand in case something like that ever happens again…
So 1- You are beautiful and your hair is gorgeous 🙂
2- These wipes are awesome. I think we have all been in the must work-out and run position and these help!

They’d be perfect for you then! Did you end up getting some?
That shower pill looks interesting! I will get in a quick tabata workout when I am short on time. I love to do toe tappers, fast feet, jump squats, mountain climbers and the ever popular burpees! I use my Gym Boss timer to get in all in. Love all your pics!!
I think you’re the first person to say they actually like burpees. I’ll do them, but I always dread them haha.
I love shower pill. We had them with us at Ragar and there is always a pack in my car. Sorry we couldn’t meet up today. I literally had 1 day here. We are getting on a cruise Sat morning. We had lots of fun doing tourist things we never do. I may be back in April so hopefully we can connect then. Happy Holidays!
