Hooray for Friday!!
This week’s Friday 5 Theme is Five Fitness Snapshots. Finally my creepy habit of whipping out my camera at the gym comes in handy! Ready to see me all sweaty? Ok good. Here we go!
- Here’s me after one of Angela’s 4-Week Shape Up Plan workouts. Rawr!
- Oh look, another post workout selfie! Getting in that recovery drank after back and tri day.
- I take the subway to the gym and use that time to gear up for my workout with Vega Sugar-Free Energizer, Energybits, and Runner’s World!
- Blink gyms are my jam. <— Where’d that expression come from? Not sure how I feel about it…
- On my new workout plan (stay tuned next week to hear all about it), I rotate between weight lifting days and cardio days. Lately I’m loving HIIT workouts on the treadmill Speed up! Slow down! Now do the hokey pokey and turn yourself around. (JK about that last part.)
