I can’t believe 2012 is over! It’s been a great year full of amazing new experiences, but I’m ready for an even better 2013.
Over the past year, I stuck to my resolution of leading a healthier lifestyle by 2013. I have achieved and surpassed my hopes. This year, I want to challenge myself even more. I have three resolutions – one for a new hobby, one fitness goal, and one happiness goal.
Resolution #1: Learn to knit. I bought a knitting basics book and some needles a while back with the intent of learning to knit. Alas, I never did. This year, I will!
Resolution #2: Train for the 2014 Walt Disney World Marathon. The race is in January, so training will most likely start over the summer. I figure, if I’m going to run a marathon, I might as well run by Cinderella’s Castle, wave to Mickey Mouse, and see an elephant in the Animal Kingdom!
Resolution #3: Be more positive. I find myself thinking negatively or complaining far too much, so my biggest goal this year will be look at the bright side.
