Satisfy your sweet tooth without feeling the negative effects of sugar-packed, fried doughnuts with these healthy, no-bake pumpkin spice doughnuts!
This post is sponsored by Natural Delights.
I’m sure this isn’t news to you, but pumpkin spice is everywhere. I even heard there was a pumpkin spice spray you could use to give any food a pumpkin spice flavor. I’m all for a pumpkin spice latte or a pumpkin flavored dessert, but I’m not about to spray my steak with pumpkin spice. Nope. Too far.
While I won’t be spraying everything I eat with pumpkin spice spray, I still love pumpkin spice flavor when used appropriately, such as in these Healthy, No-Bake Pumpkin Spice Doughnuts!
These doughnuts are packed with all the softness and flavor of the typical fried treat, but they’re SO much healthier.
For one, they aren’t fried, so you don’t have all the unnecessary calories from oil. Fried food always leaves me feeling heavy and gross, too. None of that here!
Second, instead of being packed with sugar, they’re sweetened with my favorite natural sweetener: Natural Delights Medjool Dates.
Because these doughnuts are sweetened with medjool dates, you’ll actually get a bit of an energy boost after you eat them without the crash that comes with typical sugar, and of course you know from my other medjool date recipes (see this one and this one) that you’ll also be getting potassium and fiber. Typical doughnuts can’t do that!
The recipe, as always, is extremely easy to make:

- 1 cup raw, shelled pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup raw almonds
- ½ cup pumpkin butter
- 1 (about 1 dozen) cup medjool dates (I use Natural Delights)
- 2 Tbsp cacao nibs
- Optional: cinnamon sugar (2 Tbsp sugar substitute, 2 tsp cinnamon)
- Add all ingredients to a food processer.
- Process until everything sticks together.
- Roll into 12-18 balls.
- Optional: Place cinnamon sugar mixture in a shallow dish. Roll each ball in the mix to coat.
- Enjoy!
What’s the craziest pumpkin spice-flavored thing you’ve seen?
Would you try a pumpkin spice spray?

I kind of want to just roll around in the spice mix. That’s the best part, right?

Wait a second, what is pumpkin butter?! I must make some!
Only the best thing ever! Do it!
Wow, those doughnuts really do look amazing. On top of great looks, they are also vegan 🙂 It’s not that I’m a vegan, but my girlfriend is, so she will be really happy once I prepare those for her.
