I can’t believe I’m getting into the third month of marathon training! The runs may be getting longer, but I’m getting stronger with each and every mile. I missed a few cross training days in October due to an insane work schedule (a gal’s gotta get at least 6 hours of sleep!). I’m hoping November will allow me to fit those days back in. I recently upped my Thursday runs from 6 miles to 7 miles, but mid-month, Thursday runs will go up to 8 miles. Tuesday/Friday runs will also increase from 4 to 5. Yowzah! I’m confident I can do it, though!
