Happy July!! I can’t believe it’s already July. This year is FLYING.
I’m excited for this month because today marks the beginning of the 2nd Move Happy Challenge!
What is the Move Happy Challenge?
I’m so glad you asked. Heather over at Better With Veggies created the Move Happy Challenge 6 months ago as a way to challenge yourself and inspire others to get moving. The challenge itself is simple – get up and get moving at least 3 times each week! Here are some words straight from Heather herself:
Instead of viewing fitness as a chore and something you “have to do”, we want you to focus on how it makes you feel. Use this challenge to find what gets you moving AND makes you smile. It’s about making fitness fun – which we think is the key to making it a part of your lifestyle.

This time around, Heather is teaming up with Laura from Sprint 2 the Table to make the challenge bigger and better than ever.
