Ok, moving on – I’ve been really getting into Spotify lately, which may or may not be due to the fact that I got 3 months of their premium service for 99¢. Boom.
Anywho, I’ve been listening to a lot of new music and put together what can only be described as the most baller strength training playlist of all time.
If you’re looking for it on Spotify, it’s been rightfully dubbed: I Pick Things Up & Put Them Down. It starts off a little slow with songs that will start to pump you up. Then it gets into some really energetic beats before slowing back down again for a cool down. It’s about an hour and a half long, so you can pick and choose some for a shorter workout.
