Make your kitchen smell amazing and get in the Fall state of mind with the easiest pumpkin butter you’ll ever make.
One of my favorite pumpkin treats is pumpkin butter. I remember my mom picking up a jar every year when Fall hit. My sister and I coveted that jar, knowing that when it was gone it was gone until next year. Now that I’m an adult that knows how to cook, I can make my own pumpkin butter whenever I want, but for some reason, I still only make it once a year. Well, that time of year has arrived.
I remember the first time I wanted to attempt to make my own pumpkin butter. For some reason, I had it in my head that it would be tough and time consuming. Guys, it’s not AT ALL! At least not the way I make it.
The ingredients are simple, and it takes less than half an hour.
I could talk all day about how amazingly delicious this stuff is, but the thing that really makes this recipe amazing is how good it will make your house smell. Pumpkin. Cinnamon. Nutmeg. When you whip this up, your house will smell like pure Fall bliss. Even if you don’t like pumpkin butter, you should make this the next time you’re having company over. It’s money.
