With all the races I’ve been doing, it’s been a while since I shared a new workout! Well, I won’t leave you hanging this week.
I’m calling this bad boy “The Pick Up Workout.” You start out with a move at comfortable pace and then pick up the speed and intensity for the last 15 seconds. You really have to give it your all those last 15 seconds. No excuses!
I don’t wanna hear you complaining. It’s not even 30 seconds. It’s 15. Crank it out! (<– that’s the hardcore trainer in me coming out and getting all up in your face like Jillian Michaels). Ready, annnnnd GO!!
You don’t need any equipment for this workout besides the medicine ball, and you can do the last move without a medicine ball if you like. You could also use a dumbbell or a galloon of milk!
