Over the past few days, Fitful Focus has been all about food. The Virtual Vegan Potluck was a hit, I loved rounding up my favorite recipes, and right after that was a round of weekly eats! I hope you all have some satisfied tummies.
But now that you’re full, it’s time to get fit!
