It’s time for…
Snack and Breakfast Bowls
Top Left: Grapes! I’ve been having these as an after dinner sweet. They’re the perfect combo of crunchy, juicy, and sweet!
Bottom Left: I rarely have cereal for breakfast, but I mixed some cinnamon fiber cereal into some greek yogurt with blueberries. It gave added a nice little crunch.
Top Middle: Lactose-free cottage cheese and apples!
Top Right: Greek yogurt, Cocoa-Via, and blueberries.
Middle Right: Oats and blueberries for breakfast while enjoying a gorgeous lake view!
Bottom Right: Greek yogurt with Cocoa-Via, blueberries, and blueberry granola.
Fruit with every snack! I’m on a roll!
Top Left: My favorite PBBBP Smoothie!
Top Right: I’ve been trying Collagen Sport Belgian Chocolate Protein powder from NeoCell in my smoothies. This one has banana, spinach, and flaxseed. Yum!
Bottom Left: Simple chocolate protein powder and banana smoothie.
Bottom Right: Afternoon smoothie of peanut butter, soy milk, honey, and banana from FreshU.
Left: Spinach, cucumber, “chick’n” strips, mushrooms, roasted red pepper, and flax seeds.
Middle: Steamed veggies, black beans, brown rice, and nori.
Right: Burrito bowl from Qdoba. Lettuce, salsa, roasted veggies, black beans, rice, and guac.
Right: My boyfriend and tried a new restaurant up by his families lake house. They didn’t have many vegetarian/pescetarian/dairy-free options, but I found this teriyaki tuna steak with steamed broccoli. It was decent.
