Berry Delicious Chocolate Smoothie (Chocolate Plant Fusion Protein Powder, 1 1/4 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup raspberries, small handful medium-large strawberries)
Chocolate Covered Strawberry Smoothie (Chocolate Plant Fusion Protein Powder, 1 1/4 cup almond milk, 5 large strawberries)
Overnight oats with goji berries I mentioned here. (1/4 cup quick oats, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 sliced banana, sprinkling of goji berries, 4 drops liquid vanilla stevia or sweetener of choice)

Bottom Left: Egg sandy (one egg fried with just cooking spray, a little shredded cheddar cheese, and spinach on thin 100 calorie bread)

Bottom Left: Sicilian Tuna Salad from Dino’s (tuna, mixed greens, fennel, chickpeas, tomatoes, and roasted beets)
Bottom Right: Fitful Focus Salad of the Week (spinach, sugar snap peas, avocado, beets, red bell pepper, chickpeas, Annie’s Light Honey Mustard Vinaigrette)
